Presales Architect (UiPath, Process Mining, Agentic AI)

Your role

As an RPA Presales Architect (UiPath, Process Mining & Agentic AI), you will work on strategic automation initiatives for leading clients across Poland and the CEE region. You will play a key role in shaping and expanding Capgemini’s Intelligent Automation and Agentic AI offerings, helping organizations transform their business processes through innovative automation solutions.

Your tasks

• Design automation solution architectures (RPA, Process Mining, Agentic AI, IDP) based on the UiPath platform.
• Support presales activities, including participation in client meetings, preparation of proposals, proof-of-concepts, demos, and effort estimations.
• Advise clients on business process optimization and the selection of appropriate automation tools.
• Prepare licensing recommendations and cost models based on UiPath licensing principles.
• Lead projects and team activities, including budget and schedule management.
• Build team capabilities and contribute to the development of Capgemini’s Intelligent Automation offering.

Your profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in IT.
• Experience delivering projects in the areas of RPA, Process Mining, and process optimization, in roles such as Project Manager, Architect, Business Analyst, or Developer.
• Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath technologies, supported by relevant certifications, particularly in RPA/Orchestrator, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Experience designing business-oriented solutions using available automation technologies and tools.
• Knowledge of UiPath licensing models and principles.
• Proven project management skills, including task, team, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.
