Your Role

Your tasks

• Work on exciting projects, tackle complex challenges, and help our clients shape the future of their IT and technology organizations.
• Advise senior management of international clients across industries, focusing on strategic and transformational topics such as: IT Strategy, Operating Model & Performance (including IT cost optimization), Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Business Transformation (including FinOps), Scaling Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Identify innovative strategies and optimize IT processes and technology landscapes,
• Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients’ digital agendas,
• Contribute to strengthening clients’ business strategies through cutting-edge IT concepts and target operating models.

Your profile

• Strong experience in IT/technology project management, with proven ability to deliver complex initiatives
• Subject matter expertise in at least one area: IT Strategy & Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Transformation & FinOps, or Generative & Agentic AI at scale
• Passion for digital transformation and emerging technologies, with a forward-thinking mindset
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive, reliable, and learning-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong academic background in business, technology, or information systems, with very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, with additional assets such as project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) and German or French language skills
• Experience in industry-specific environments (e.g., Financial Services) and exposure to IT cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
