Frontend Engineer (ReactJS)

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (ReactJS) to design and develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes. This role is open to candidates with relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and related frontend technologies
• Build reusable UI components and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, processes, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4–6 years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel
• Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
• Understanding of responsive design principles and browser compatibility
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is an advantage
• Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred
• Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering concepts
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment environments
• Understanding of accessibility standards and frontend security best practices
