Account Executive (Commerical)

Job Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the sales team in developing, cultivating, and closing deals with leading institutions in the local market.
  • Build solutions from our Group portfolio offerings that meet clients' requirements.
  • Bring functional expertise that enhances credibility and strengthens client relationships.
  • Identify business leads, industry trends, and customer buying intelligence.
  • Open new customer accounts and drive their transition into long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Be responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of high-quality, solution-focused client presentations and proposals.
  • Own and achieve annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract closure.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 10 years in software solutions, IT services, or application services sales.
  • Knowledge of service industry terminology, systems, and market segmentation.
  • Experience selling into the Commercial, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to develop client-centric solutions that leverage emerging technology trends to create new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong customer relationship management and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a complex and fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Team player with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders across both internal teams and client organizations.
  • Self-starter who relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational planning, and time management skills.
