The Opportunity

Capgemini India is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead employee engagement and cultural embedment across the organization. As our Chief fun officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a workplace that thrives on connection, celebration, and purpose. This role demands a unique blend of People leadership, creativity and empathy and ability to execute the large campaigns. The incumbent to ensure that engagement is not just an initiative, but a core business enabler that drives performance, retention, and employer brand.

• Strategic Engagement: Define and drive Capgemini’s employee engagement strategy across geographies and business units. Aligned with our purpose values and culture of Capgemini.
• Experience Campaigns: Innovate and execute campaigns that elevate employee experience—from onboarding journeys to milestone celebrations.
• Leadership Connect: Facilitate meaningful interactions between employees and senior leaders to foster transparency and alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver seamless and impactful engagement programs.
• Special Initiatives: Spearhead flagship programs such as Structure special initiatives at massive level, Fun Work, Wellness Week, Recognition Drives, and Culture Labs.
• Holistic Wellness Programs: Partner with internal functions to cocreate initiatives that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being, aligned with global best practices.
• Centre Heads Organization: Lead a cross-functional team to ensure consistent delivery of culture and engagement across Capgemini centres.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of experience in marketing, employee engagement, or organizational development
• Experience in managing employee engagement in large/hybrid set up.
• Proven leadership in designing and scaling engagement programs across large, diverse teams
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of employee lifecycle, wellness frameworks, and engagement analytics
• Passionate about people, culture, and purpose-driven leadership
