Agentic ADM Offer Lead

Your Role

  • Drive the development and continuous refinement of the Agentic ADM value proposition, positioning, and offer narrative across the organization.
  • Create and maintain key offer assets, including client presentations, proposals, solutioning templates, case studies, battlecards, FAQs, and enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, COEs, delivery teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective Agentic ADM positioning in pursuits, RFPs, proposals, and client engagements.
  • Support proposal development, reusable content creation, executive messaging, marketing communications, training programs, and organizational enablement initiatives.
  • Curate and manage a repository of AI use cases, automation assets, demos, proof points, and best practices, while contributing to a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in ADM, solutioning, delivery, portfolio management, or offer enablement.
  • Strong expertise in ADM/AMS services, application modernization, delivery models, and RFP/proposal management.
  • Experience in offer management, solution architecture, sales enablement, bid support, and delivery transformation initiatives.
  • Good understanding of AI, GenAI, automation, agentic delivery, AI-assisted SDLC, ITSM, and application support transformation.
  • Proven ability to create executive-ready content, collaborate with global stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities with high ownership.
