Solution Enterprise Architect - Infrastructure Solutions (On-site)

Your role

We are seeking a Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design of enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions. The role combines architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement and technical strategy to deliver secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions.

Your tasks

• Design end-to-end Data & AI architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Define lakehouse architectures, data models and governance standards in Azure Databricks.
• Design secure, scalable and compliant solutions, including lineage, access management and auditability.
• Create and maintain HLDs, LLDs, ADRs and architecture standards.
• Design analytics, semantic-layer and AI reporting solutions.
• Define FinOps, cost-optimization and platform governance approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and support delivery teams through implementation.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data, Solution or AI Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and lakehouse architectures.
• Expertise in dimensional modelling, conformed models and SCD patterns.
• Experience with Unity Catalog, data governance and security design.
• Knowledge of analytics, semantic layers and Databricks SQL capabilities.
• Experience producing architecture documentation (ADR, HLD, LLD).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English and availability to work on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław
