  Your role

  As a GCP AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI-powered applications on Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create scalable, production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.

  In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Designing and developing AI/ML models and generative AI solutions using GCP-native services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Document AI, and Gemini API, transforming complex business needs into production-ready applications.
  • Building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and serving across distributed cloud environments.
  • Collaborating with data architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, intelligent AI solutions with measurable impact.
  • Ensuring all AI solutions meet production standards for scalability, monitoring, responsible AI practices, and compliance with data governance frameworks.
  • Staying current with GCP AI innovations, emerging industry trends, and best practices in generative AI to continuously improve and evolve development practices within the team.

  Your profile

  We are looking for a passionate and driven professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Developer, with hands-on expertise building and deploying models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI and related GCP AI services.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, with solid experience in MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
  • Proficiency in Python with demonstrated experience writing production-grade code, including REST APIs, LLM integrations, and microservices architectures.
  • GCP Professional Certification is required; familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering is highly valued.
  • Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders across international environments.
