Your Profile

Strong PLM functional consulting experience with Teamcenter process knowledge.Good understanding of engineering lifecycle processes, including:
  • Part & Material Master Management
  • BOM/EBOM Management
  • Change Management
  • Document & Drawing Control
  • Software Release Governance
Experience in capability mapping, requirements elicitation, and Fit-Gap analysis.Hands-on experience facilitating business workshops and stakeholder discussions.Understanding of Teamcenter Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functional capabilities.Knowledge of xBOM concepts including:
  • EBOM
  • DBOM
  • MBOM
  • BOP and Process Engineering hand-offs
Ability to document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.Experience working across Data, Integration, Reporting, and Security domains.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process harmonization skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with global business and IT teams.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Your Role

Facilitate and document Fit-Gap workshops across Aptiv PLM domains.Conduct process-focused discovery sessions for core GES and adjacent PLM capabilities.Capture and document:
  • Current-state processes
  • Lifecycle states
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Hand-offs and exceptions
  • Division and site-specific variations
Identify business pain points, ownership gaps, and process harmonization opportunities.Analyze business requirements and map them to Teamcenter OOTB capabilities.Support capability mapping at L1, L2, and L3 process levels.Assist Teamcenter Architects in evaluating solution fitment and implementation approaches.Support Fit-Gap classification and prepare recommendations for assigned functional domains.Facilitate workshops covering:
  • Part/Material Master
  • BOM/EBOM
  • Change Management
  • Document Management
  • Drawing Management
  • Software Release
  • Package Engineering
  • ECAD/MCAD Integration
  • xBOM Processes
Collaborate with Data, Integration, Reporting, and Security teams to assess cross-functional impacts.Prepare workshop summaries, action items, requirement traceability matrices, and assessment reports.Ensure business-critical requirements are clearly identified and differentiated from legacy practices.Support backlog creation and implementation readiness activities.
