Java Technical Project Manager

Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technica Project Manager with 11–15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore & Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in back-end development using Java technologies. Exposure to treasury and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.
Your Profile
- 7+ years in Technical Project/Program Management, including proven leadership of large-scale OpenShift, Kubernetes, cloud transformation, or application modernization programs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of OpenShift/Kubernetes migration programs across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Drive program planning and governance, including migration roadmaps, release schedules, migration waves, application onboarding, and deployment readiness.
- Manage program health through tracking of milestones, resources, capacity utilization, delivery progress, and adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.
- Own RAID management by identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate technical stakeholders including architects, platform teams, infrastructure teams, SREs, security teams, and application owners to resolve migration challenges.
- Lead governance and executive reporting, providing dashboards, KPI tracking, status updates, steering committee reviews, and delivery health visibility.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment between customer leadership, business units, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to meet migration and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and GenAI-based accelerators to enhance migration efficiency.
- Possess strong technical expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, containerization, cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, GitOps, application modernization, and enterprise integrations.
