Job Description
Material Planning | Remote Mexico
We are looking for an experienced MRP to drive material planning initiatives focused on product transitions across the NOAM region. This role is critical to ensuring effective execution of product changes (innovations, discontinuations, engineering changes) while optimizing inventory and minimizing waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end material planning for product transitions (new launches, discontinuations, code changes)
- Monitor and track critical materials to prevent obsolescence, expiration, and waste
- Analyze inventory performance, identify risks, and implement actions to reduce excess and cost
- Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead client-facing meetings and communications in English
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and analytical tool development
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain (MRP, Material Planning, Demand or Supply Planning)
- Strong experience in inventory management, data analysis, and waste reduction
- Proven experience leading projects, stakeholders, and/or teams
- Advanced English proficiency with client interaction
