Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant - Enterprise Data and Analytics

YOUR ROLE

As a Strategy and Transformation Senior Consultant in our Enterprise Data and Analytics practice, you will help clients turn AI, data, and transformation ambition into practical business impact by combining strong consulting skills with a hands-on builder mindset.

• Lead substantial workstreams across AI strategy, data transformation, operating model design, governance, and scaled adoption;
• Help clients move from strategy and pilots to practical deployment of AI agents, copilots, workflows, and data-enabled transformation initiatives;
• Apply frontier AI approaches and partner capabilities (agentic AI, copilots, advanced orchestration, workflow automation) to shape buildable solutions;
• Own workstreams end-to-end, from problem framing and workshop facilitation to recommendations, roadmap definition, and delivery support;
• Lead client discussions on AI strategy, governance, use case prioritization, value realization, and human + AI ways of working;
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape practical solutions, pilots, assets, and implementation-oriented outcomes rather than limiting the role to conceptual strategy work;
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance, builder-oriented team culture;
• Support the development of new offerings, thought leadership, and market-facing assets in areas such as agentic AI, AI governance, and frontier operating models.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, data & analytics, AI, or a related field, with proven ability to lead workstreams and manage client stakeholders independently;
• Strong consulting toolkit: structured problem solving, storylining, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into actionable recommendations;
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, app builders, workflow orchestration, data products, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives, ideally including experience with n8n, Power Automate, Claude (Chat, Code, Cowork), cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI;
• Bring enough technology depth to credibly shape solution approaches across AI tooling, cloud platforms, automation stacks, and agent frameworks, translating client ambition into buildable prototypes and scalable delivery patterns;
• Solid understanding of data strategy, data governance, and data foundation concepts and how they enable enterprise‑grade AI, analytics, and workflow automation;
• Comfortable working from strategy into build, for example by shaping prototypes, pilots, assets, workflows, or implementation-oriented deliverables with technical teams;
• A strong builder mindset combined with credibility in front of clients and teams;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) must be at a business-proficient level (C1).
