Strategy and Transformation Consultant - Enterprise Data and Analytics

YOUR ROLE

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in our Enterprise Data and Analytics practice, you will:  

• Deliver workstreams in Data & AI Strategy, Data Literacy, Data Governance, and Data Quality for leading Swiss and international clients;  
• Support the identification, design, and proof-of-value of GenAI and agentic AI use cases, helping clients move from pilot to impactful scale; 
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions, enabling clients to optimize processes and unlock new business value. 

Your typical activities with clients and our Capgemini community will extend:  

• Analysing client data landscapes and co-create Data & AI strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements; 
• Preparing and facilitating workshops on GenAI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation use cases, supporting clients in their journey from ideation to scaled adoption; 
• Designing and delivering solutions for data quality, governance, and AI readiness, ensuring robust foundations for advanced analytics and automation; 
• Contributing to the development of assets and methodologies for new ED&A offers, such as Responsible Automation, Data-Driven Business Models, and Agentic AI at Scale; 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and support the professional growth of junior colleagues.  

Working with specific industry clients, this might result in project activities as outlined in the following examples:  

• Life Sciences: Lead a workstream to implement AI-ready data governance for clinical or supply chain data or support the identification of agentic AI use cases in R&D and regulatory reporting (e.g., ESG/CSRD). Contribute to intelligent automation of laboratory or compliance processes.  
• Consumer Products and Retail: Analyse sales and inventory data to improve demand forecasting, help design data quality dashboards for omnichannel initiatives, and support the deployment of agentic AI for personalized marketing or supply chain optimization.  
• Financial Services: Prepare materials for workshops on AI-driven fraud detection and intelligent automation of compliance processes or support the rollout of data quality frameworks for regulatory compliance and risk modelling.  
• Manufacturing: Lead a module on data readiness for smart factory initiatives, support the design of interoperable data spaces for supply chain partners, and contribute to agentic AI pilots for production optimization.  
• Public Sector: Analyse citizen service data to identify automation opportunities, help design data governance for cross-agency collaboration, and support the implementation of human-in-the-loop AI for public service delivery. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data & analytics, management consulting, or a related field; 
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to bridge business and technology; 
• Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI.; 
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients; 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) is mandatory on the C1 level minimum.
