YOUR ROLE

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant within our Business Reinvention team at frog, you will support leading organizations in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives. You will contribute to identifying new growth opportunities, shaping innovative business models, and translating strategy into tangible solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting the analysis of markets, customer needs and business challenges to identify opportunities for growth and transformation;
  • Assisting in the development of strategies, business cases and actionable roadmaps;
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of innovative business models and transformation initiatives;
  • Supporting the definition of operating models, processes and capabilities to enable effective execution;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic concepts into concrete solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong academic background in business, engineering, technology, science, or a related field;
  • Internship or initial experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, or a fast-paced environment;
  • Exposure to topics such as strategy & growth, business model innovation, transformation, or customer experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and derive actionable insights;
  • Familiarity with data and AI (including GenAI) and an interest in applying these tools to drive efficiency and business value;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English; German is an advantage.
