YOUR ROLE

As a Strategic Sales Executive for our Cloud & Infrastructure Services business in Switzerland, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing executive client relationships, and closing large-scale managed services and transformation engagements. You will own the full sales cycle and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the identification, qualification, pursuit, and closure of strategic sales opportunities focused on Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Managed Services, and Hybrid IT solutions.
  • Develop and leverage a strong network of C-level decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CEOs and business executives) across Swiss private-sector organizations.
  • Build and execute account growth strategies to generate sustainable revenue and expand Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services footprint in Switzerland.
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, solution teams, and alliance partners.
  • Drive commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and deal closure for large, multi-year managed services engagements.
  • Position Capgemini as a strategic transformation partner by understanding client business challenges and aligning innovative Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to business outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree and 12–15+ years of professional experience, including significant success in senior sales and business development roles.
  • Mandatory experience selling IT consulting and managed services, with a proven track record of generating and closing large, complex services deals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Cloud & Infrastructure Services sales, including Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Modernization, Workplace Services, Service Management, and Managed Services
  • Established and active C-level network within the Swiss market, across industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail, Life Sciences, Energy, Utilities, Transportation and Services sectors.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales targets, with strong experience managing high-value opportunities, executive negotiations, and strategic account development.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or German are highly desirable, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
