YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in aseptic fill-finish operations. The ideal candidate will lead major capital investment projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of complex engineering initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale Capex projects, including new production lines and facility upgrades.
  • Drive project execution from feasibility studies through commissioning and qualification.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Validation, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk management.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in process engineering or project management within aseptic fill-finish environments.
    • Proven track record in managing major capital investment projects.
    • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for aseptic manufacturing.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • German language proficiency (B2 or higher).
