YOUR ROLE
As an SAP S/4HANA Engagement Manager, your role will be to drive and oversee the successful delivery of complex transformation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable results.
- Lead end-to-end S/4HANA engagements, aligning project goals with client business objectives and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust and fostering strong relationships.
- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating with technical, functional, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues, maintaining project quality and budget integrity.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support the client’s digital transformation journey, ensuring long-term value and scalability.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on large-scale S/4HANA transformations.
- Proven track record in leading complex projects, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Strong expertise in SAP methodologies and tools, with a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of S/4HANA.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English or German and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, drive change, and support clients in achieving their digital transformation objectives.
