(Junior) Strategy and Transformation Consultant

YOUR ROLE

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Intelligent Industry, you will:

• Deliver workstreams at the intersection of Business Strategy and AI Technology, with a focus on Agentic AI and AI-driven workflow automation for leading Swiss and international clients;
• Build high level strategies and build actionable AI solutions and Proof of concepts to demonstrate business value;
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that leverage client data to orchestrate workflows, automate decision-making, and enable scalable intelligent operations;
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and prototypes, enabling clients to move from AI experimentation to production-ready solutions.

Your typical activities with clients will include:

• Analyzing client processes and data landscapes to identify high-impact AI agent use cases aligned with strategic priorities;
• Designing and basic programming of AI agents that autonomously execute tasks, integrate systems, and augment human decision-making;
• Building proof-of-value prototypes using client data, validating technical feasibility, scalability, and business value;
• Facilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define agent architectures, governance models, and responsible AI guardrails;
• Contributing to the development of assets and for Agentic AI across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other core Business Processes

Your role may involve a range of project activities as outlined in the following examples:

• Life Sciences: Design and implement AI agents to automate regulatory documentation workflows, or R&D knowledge retrieval; build prototypes leveraging structured and unstructured data sources to improve research efficiency.
• Consumer Products and Retail: Develop AI agents that orchestrate demand forecasting workflows, automate reporting processes, or enable data-driven marketing personalization.
• Manufacturing: Design agent-based solutions for engineering, production optimization, maintenance scheduling, or supply chain coordination, integrating shopfloor and ERP data.

YOUR PROFILE

• First experience in GenAI engineering, software development;
• Previous experience or internship in management consulting is an advantage;
• Practical experience in designing and programming AI solutions;
• Ability to translate strategic business discussions into concrete technical implementation details;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and highly motivated;
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• German is mandatory at business-proficient level (C1).
