Senior Structural Engineer - Aircraft Structures (f/m/d)

Key responsibilities
- Perform static, fatigue and damage-tolerance analyses for metallic and composite aircraft structures
- Develop, review and validate finite-element models and analytical calculations
- Perform structural sizing, strength assessment, buckling, joint and fastener analyses
- Prepare structural substantiation, stress and certification reports
- Support non-conformities, concessions, repairs and manufacturing deviations
- Define, support and evaluate structural and qualification tests
- Work closely with design, production, testing, suppliers and certification stakeholders
- Review structural-analysis deliverables and ensure compliance with applicable aerospace standards
Your profile
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Several years of hands-on structural-analysis experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
- Strong experience with aircraft primary or secondary structures
- Practical experience with metallic and/or composite structures
- Strong knowledge of static analysis and structural substantiation
- Experience with fatigue and damage tolerance is highly desirable
- Experience preparing technical, compliance or certification documentation
- Confident working independently and across engineering disciplines
- English at C1 level; German is an advantage
- Willingness to work predominantly on-site in Stans
- Swiss work authorisation or a realistic EU/EFTA work-permit route
