Your role

Your tasks

• Using your uniformed services expertise to drive innovation with clients

• Analysis of data and processes to improve organizational operations
• Collecting requirements from various stakeholder groups
• Documenting gathered requirements using diagrams, models, and flowcharts
• Cooperation with technical and business teams – your experience will help them better understand risks and needs
• Preparing reports and documentation

Your profile

• Experience in uniformed services (e.g.Policja, Straż graniczna, Wojsko) – ability to perform under pressure, analyze situations, and make sound decisions
• Fluent command of German, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
• Openness to development – willingness to learn new tools and methods used in a corporate environment (e.g., Excel, UML, BPMN)
• Strong analytical skills – ability to draw conclusions based on data, observations, and procedures
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups – both technical and business
