Your role

As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, you will help global organizations transform the way they deliver HR services. You will work directly with clients to understand their HR processes, translate business requirements into platform-ready designs, and configure HR Service Delivery modules that streamline HR operations across the enterprise. 

Your project

At Capgemini Poland’s Application Business Line (ABL), you will join one of the strongest LowCode Hubs in Poland, where over 400+ professionals work with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow. You’ll contribute to international projects that accelerate application delivery, optimize business processes, and integrate systems seamlessly. This role offers an excellent starting point to build a futureoriented career in digital solution development. 

Your tasks

  • You will design and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge, and Lifecycle Events. 
  • You will translate business and process requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow HRSD solutions. 
  • You will build automated workflows, service processes, and integrations with HR systems and enterprise applications. 
  • You will enhance HR service delivery by improving usability, process efficiency, and employee experience. 
  • You will participate in testing activities, prepare documentation, and support solution handover. 
  • You will advise clients on HRSD for good practices, platform capabilities, and optimal solution approaches. 

Your profile

  • You bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementations. 
  • You have a strong understanding of HR processes and HR digital transformation initiatives. 
  • You can translate business requirements into technical design and configuration. 
  • You have practical experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow configuration. 
  • You are familiar with REST/SOAP integrations and authentication frameworks such as SSO and SAML. 
  • You know additional ServiceNow suites (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, CSM) — a strong plus.
  • You communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate a consultancy mindset.
  • You speak English fluently (C1).
