ServiceNow Consultant (ITSM/Enterprise Workflows)

Your role

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions. You will configure, extend, and optimize ServiceNow modules, participate in implementation and enhancement projects, and support ongoing platform operations. 

Your project

At Capgemini Poland’s Application Business Line (ABL), you will join one of the strongest LowCode Hubs in Poland, where over 400+ professionals work with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow. You’ll contribute to international projects that accelerate application delivery, optimize business processes, and integrate systems seamlessly. This role offers an excellent starting point to build a futureoriented career in digital solution development. 

Your tasks

  • Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules. 
  • Analyze business needs and propose effective platform-based solutions. 
  • Participate in ServiceNow implementation, rollout, and optimization projects. 
  • Support day‑to‑day platform operations and assist end users. 
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high‑quality improvements. 
  • Create and maintain technical and process documentation.  

Your profile

  • At least 3-4 years of hands‑on experience working with the ServiceNow platform. 
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification. 
  • Experience working across multiple ServiceNow domains, such as: 
    ITSM, Asset Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Request Fulfillment, or similar core areas. 
  • Understanding integrations, databases, and web service technologies (REST, SOAP, SAML, OAuth). 
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1), comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders. 

Nice to have

  • Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows. 
  • ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications. 
  • Four years’ experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
