YOUR PROJECT

Our client is a well-known multinational insurance company headquartered in Europe, known for its wide range of insurance services. With a global presence, it is recognized for its focus on digital innovations and sustainability initiatives, offering customers a wide range of products designed to meet diverse needs.

YOUR TASKS

•    As a UX/UI Product & Services Designer you will design and lead the process of creating interfaces for mobile and web applications as well as design systems;
•    You will collaborate with other UX and UI Designers;
•    You’ll be responsible for communication with our clients and for a smooth collaboration with developers ensuring effective design hand-off;
•    Together with other designers you’ll continue to build design thinking culture and UX awareness in our organization;

YOUR PROFILE

Must-Have: 

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with some exposure to the financial or insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in Figma, including creating clickable prototypes for usability testing, and managing component libraries and design systems.
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and a solid understanding of user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, and the ability to design to at least WCAG AA compliance.
• Fluent English (C1 level)—comfortable presenting your designs and research findings to stakeholders.
• Awareness of how to use AI tools to accelerate design or research work in a secure and ethical way.

Nice-to-Have:

• Interest in supporting sales efforts by quickly creating prototypes or offering design expertise.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InVision.
