Senior Test Analyst (with German)

Your role

Senior Test Analyst plays a key role in ensuring software quality and delivery confidence for clients. The role influences projects by translating business and technical requirements into effective test cases, leading test execution, analyzing results, and guiding tester teams. At company level, it strengthens Capgemini’s quality culture, supports continuous improvement, and builds trust with international clients by delivering reliable, well‑governed testing outcomes across complex IT landscapes.

Your tasks

• analyzes business and technical requirements;
• designs and executes test cases;
• leads and supports tester teams;
• reports quality status and risks clearly;
• strengthens client trust and delivery quality.

Your profile

• analytical thinking, active listening, and adaptability aligned with Capgemini values in dynamic, international environments; 
• hands-on experience with testing ecosystems, supporting quality and delivery governance;
• client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills, supporting business transformation through quality-driven decisions; 
• solid understanding of modern web and delivery technologies, including frontend, backend and CI/CD practices;
• proven leadership skills, including decision making, influencing stakeholders, and effective collaboration within and across teams.
