YOUR TASKS

The Salesforce based application Makler 360 enables broker advisors to provide proactive support, making their day-to-day work more flexible and increasing productivity: A digital all-round view of their own area of responsibility- e.g. documentation of interactions and framework agreements, KPIs of brokerage houses and other functionalities are available. In this role you'll be working on:

• Application Architecture & Engineering: Perform requirements engineering and adapt application architecture to evolving business needs, aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Data Transformation & Analytics: Transform data and apply statistical models in Salesforce Data & Analytics / CRM Analytics to support reporting, insights, and the 360° broker view.
• Change, Release & Incident Management: Manage changes, releases, CI/CD deployments with GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and handle incidents to maintain system stability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with Allianz Life and Allianz P&C teams and manage interfaces with internal BI databases such as FIV AB and AZMS, plus ServiceNow, GIAM, OMS, Service ABS, and related platforms.

YOUR PROFILE 

• At least 7 years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems in an agile environment
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Teams, Visual Studio, and VS Code. 
• Knowledge of Linux basics including cron jobs, strong SQL/SAQL skills, and practical Tableau experience for analytics and visualization. 
• Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher)
• At least one Salesforce certification
