Senior Project Manager (Custom Application Development)

Your role

As a Project Manager you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects for international clients, working in a multicultural environment with English as key communication language. You will be responsible for project governance, scope, budget, and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional teams across agile and hybrid delivery models. Acting as a trusted partner for clients and stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. 

Your tasks

  • Managing complex custom software development projects for international clients across agile and hybrid delivery models 
  • Leading delivery teams and supporting people management activities, including team development, feedback, staffing, and collaboration with internal stakeholders 
  • Building relationships with client stakeholders and ensuring transparency in scope, priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes 

Your profile

  • Very good understanding of principles and processes related to software development 
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects 
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally with external clients in a delivery or project management role 
  • Experience in custom software development environments; solid understanding of SDLC 
  • Very good written and spoken English 

Nice to have:  

  • Experience in team leadership and people management, including performance discussions, development support, recruitment, or staffing.  
  • Experience in the public, defense, or energy sector
