YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade AI Assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and the Power Platform.
• Build and integrate Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Identify processes suitable for AI adoption by analyzing business workflows, detecting repetitive patterns, and evaluating automation potential.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear, structured AI scenarios.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, reliability, and compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Experienced professional (3–5+ years) with a solid background in Power Platform.
2. Experienced AI assisted solutions,
3. Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams while identifying high‑ value‑ opportunities for intelligent automation.
4. Technical Skills:

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (conversational flows, agent logic, integrations).
• Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model‑Driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services or Azure AI.
• Nice to have: C# experience.

5. Technical awareness:

• Understanding of how AI assistants operate in enterprise environments, including integration patterns, data flows, and solution constraints.
• Awareness of when to apply AI vs. traditional automation, recognizing both limitations and high‑value opportunities.
• Familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and how AI and Power Platform components interact within them.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills to identify and deliver effective AI‑driven automation.

• Proactive, curious, and open to exploring new AI‑driven possibilities.
• User‑centric thinking with a focus on identifying automation opportunities and simplifying workflows.
• Strong ownership mindset combined with adaptability in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and applying emerging best practices in AI development.

• Copilot Studio
• MSD365 Dynamics
• Azure or any other Cloud Infrastructure
