Scrum Master with AI

As a Scrum Master with AI, you will play a key role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver impactful AI and data initiatives. You will support teams navigating the unique challenges of AI projects — where experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning are essential to success.

• Support Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) delivering AI / Data / GenAI projects
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration
• Remove blockers and support teams in achieving sprint goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business stakeholders
• Support teams across the AI lifecycle (experimentation, model development, deployment)
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Support dependency management and cross-team communication
• Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and results 

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects (Data / AI experience is a plus)
• Very good knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
• Understanding of data-driven / AI project specifics
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to build collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented mindset
• Very good command of English
