The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers.

YOUR TASKS:

• supporting and developing of the SAP HCM system for international customers; 
• participating in the analysis the of requirements, configuration and testing of the system in accordance with the customer's guidelines; 
• creating concepts of new solutions and implement the changes proposed and agreed with the client; 
• collaborating with programmers to develop and test new features and improvements; 
• working closely with our company's international HCM team. 

YOUR PROFILE:

• minimum 2 years of experience in working with SAP HCM system (PY, PA, PT, OM modules); 
• familiarity with payroll accounting and HR processes (knowledge of German-speaking countries specific will be an advantage); 
• ability to configure the system according to customer expectations at the basic level; 
• analysis and repair of simple errors regarding personnel data and payroll accounting; 
• very good knowledge English or German (knowledge of both languages will be asset); 
• very good communication skills; 
• willingness to develop personally and deepen knowledge in SAP HCM area;
• familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules and basic knowledge of ABAP are nice to have.
