SAP Consultant (QM)

Your role

As an SAP QM Consultant, you’ll support international clients in optimizing their quality management processes within SAP. You’ll translate business needs into effective system solutions, configure and enhance the QM module, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP areas. Working closely with project teams and clients, you’ll contribute to successful implementations, deliver high‑quality documentation, and help maintain smooth system operations.

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

Your tasks

• supporting SAP projects with a focus on the SAP QM module;
• analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests from clients;
• collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and propose tailored SAP QM solutions;
• configuring and customizing the SAP QM module to ensure effective implementation and integration with related systems;
• preparing key project documentation, including solution designs, business process descriptions, and technical specifications for developers.

Your profile

• minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in SAP QM implementation and support projects;
• strong skills in preparing and executing Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts;
• good understanding of SAP QM processes and system customization;
• strong communication and presentation skills;
• proficiency in English; knowledge of German will be considered an additional asset;
• ability to work effectively in international teams and deliver high‑quality results.
