SAP Consultant (ABAP)

Your Role

You’ll work on SAP development tasks that support core business processes, implementing and enhancing ABAP solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with functional consultants, learn from senior developers, and gradually take ownership of more complex technical challenges. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your skills in modern ABAP, S/4HANA technologies, and other emerging SAP tools in a supportive, learning‑oriented environment.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

We are hiring in Gdańsk, Wrocław and Poznań!

Your Tasks

• Develop and enhance SAP functionalities using ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Support the implementation of change requests, bug fixes, and system improvements.
• Translate functional specifications into technical solutions under guidance of senior team members.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct unit tests, and ensure code quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams and senior developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and internal SAP initiatives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with ABAP and ABAP OO development.
• Familiarity with at least one modern technology such as CDS Views, RAP, OData
• Willingness to learn new SAP technologies and deepen knowledge of S/4HANA development standards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate clearly with functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of German is considered a great advantage).
