Project Manager (Custom Application Development, with English)

Your Role

As a Project Manager you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects for international clients, working in a multicultural environment with English as key communication language. You will be responsible for project governance, scope, budget, and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional teams across agile and hybrid delivery models. Acting as a trusted partner for clients and stakeholders, you will ensure high-quality delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Tasks

Managing international agile and waterfall software development projects,
Leading a team and supporting subordinates in their development,
Collaborating with department managers, participating in recruitment, shaping processes and areas, as well as being responsible for selected ones.

Your Profile

5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects,
3 years of experience in people management (including performance reviews, development plans, recruitment, etc.),
Good understanding of principles and processes related to software development,
Very good knowledge of English.
