Organizational Specialist

YOUR TEAM/ PROJECT:

We work in a hybrid model! Recruitment process for this position is conducted online.

Software Center is a part of Capgemini Group.

We support our clients, using the knowledge, experience, and engagement of our specialists. Our offices are located in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. We realize projects from many branches – from logistics, automotive, entertainment branch, to public and chemical. We are experts in many areas, i.e., Java, Cloud, .NET, React or testing.

YOUR TASKS:

• organizing events, internal and external meetings, clients’ visits, department meetings, management meetings, teambuilding events and workshops (onsite and offsite);
• preparing reports, protocols, analysis, meeting minutes, according to the current needs of the department;
• creating communication, surveys, presentations;
• supporting the department head in organizing and managing the calendar, in booking business trips and submitting occurring expenses, organizing internal meetings, supporting the work of the department;
• representing the company externally in organizational and administrative matters, while maintaining high standards of communication and business etiquette;
• collaboration with external vendors, such as hotels, event agencies, and catering providers, as well as internal support teams;
• coordination of cooperation with external suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery in alignment with internal operational needs.

YOUR PROFILE:

• fluent in Polish and highly proficient in English;
• an experience in similar position;
• good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
• university degree and readiness to work full-time;
• self-organization, ability to organize the work of the department, good management of priorities;
• scrupulousness, responsibility, proactive approach and efficiency in action; 
• good communication and interpersonal skills.
