YOUR TASKS

•    OTCS system configuration, upgrades and patching.
•    OTDS configuration, deployment and integration.
•    Collaboration with business applications (REST API interfaces).
•    Incident management related to software infrastructure.
•    Support for operational teams in resolving more complex technical issues.

YOUR PROFILE

•    5+ Experience with OpenText Content Server & OpenText Archive Center technologies, xECM /installation and configuration.
•    Good knowledge of XML, SOA, Object Orientation, SQL databases, network architecture.
•    Good knowledge of SOAP, REST web services and related technologies.
•    Good knowledge of Single Sign-on mechanisms and related standards.
•    Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, Jira, Confluence tools.
•    Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis.
•    Communicative in English (at least B2 or above).
