Your role

As a Low-Code Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing application releases across low-code platforms. You will collaborate with development teams, architects, business stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure smooth and controlled deployments while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Your role will be crucial in enabling reliable and efficient delivery of business solutions.

As a Low-Code Release Manager, you will have opportunities to grow toward: Low-Code Delivery Lead, Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, DevOps Manager.

Your tasks

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage application releases across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Define and maintain release schedules and deployment calendars.
  • Coordinate release activities with development, QA, operations, and business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with release management processes, controls, and governance standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate release-related risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor release readiness and support deployment execution.
  • Manage release documentation, communications, and status reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of release management practices and processes. 

Your profile

  • Experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Understanding of low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Oracle APEX, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with release automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes is an advantage.
