MS Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer

YOUR TASKS

We are looking for senior-level Solution Engineer ready to play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities to meet business needs.

• Contributing workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Assessing complex business processes and design appropriate solutions
• Designing solutions that leverage standard workflows, forms, and dashboards of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization
• Environment and entities configuration
• Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems (ERP, CRM, third-party applications)
• Leading or assisting in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions
• Support in post-implementation troubleshoot issues as well as manuals and training materials
• Creating detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations and maintaining it for future reference and auditing

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive understanding of technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points, preferably Customer Service module
• Knowledge of the platform’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization
• Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track
• Ability to guide businesses through the transition to new systems and processes
• Skills in managing organizational change and ensuring user adoption
• Understanding business needs, preferably within automotive industry and processes
• Ability to work closely with technical teams as well as ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently
