Lead Test Engineer

You will work in an agile environment where quality is a shared responsibility across the whole team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex products and wants to support end-to-end quality—from requirements analysis through regression and automation. 

You will collaborate with technical and product stakeholders, providing clear quality insights and supporting decisions related to further product development. This role values partnership, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Lead testing and define the team’s quality approach.

• Drive test automation for API, integration, regression, and E2E testing. 

• Support CI/CD test execution. 

• Plan, execute, analyze, and report testing activities. 

• Represent QA in stakeholder discussions and release readiness decisions. 

• Mentor testers and promote quality standards in Agile/SAFe delivery.
