Your role

Are you experienced in HR or Learning & Development and ready to take the next step in your career?

Join us as a Workday Consultant and transition into one of the most in‑demand areas in modern HR technology. We will support you with training, mentoring, and real project experience to help you become a certified Workday expert.

In this role, you will learn how to translate HR processes into Workday solutions, collaborate with international teams, and contribute to digital transformation projects for global clients.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

Your tasks

We offer a structured onboarding and learning journey designed to help you grow:

  • Comprehensive Workday training path with certification support
  • Hands‑on exposure to real project tasks from the very beginning
  • Daily collaboration with experienced Workday Consultants
  • Opportunity to specialize in modules like Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Appraisals
  • Clear development path from Junior Consultant → Consultant → Senior Consultant

Your profile

  • Previous professional experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, L&D, or similar areas
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Passion for improving processes and working with digital HR solutions
  • Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Readiness for 100% onsite work in the Wroclaw office
  • Openness to work shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
