Your role
In this role, you will create presentations for major global brands across different industries, design materials for client meetings and support leaders and business teams in preparing clear, well-structured and visually consistent presentations.You can count on practical learning, regular feedback from experienced colleagues and a variety of tasks in an international environment.
Your project
We are part of the Bid & Solution team - a group of specialists supporting sales and bid activities, client collaboration and international teams.
Your tasks
- Creating and developing PowerPoint presentations and other materials supporting sales and bid activities, including deal-based marketing.
- Turning raw data and text into clear, well-structured slides and taking care of the visual and logical consistency of presentations.
- Designing other visual and marketing materials, depending on your current skills and the areas you would like to develop.
- Supporting the Marketing & Sales Enablement team in other day-to-day tasks.
Your profile
- Student status or recent university graduate, preferably in visual communication, marketing or a related field.
- Good command of English, allowing you to work with business content and international teams.
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good sense of aesthetics, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good work organization, flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
- Knowledge of German and experience with Excel, Word, SharePoint or graphic design tools will be an additional advantage.
