Intern Developer (with finance)

Your tasks
- Supporting the development and maintenance of business applications under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Participating in development activities, including implementing new features, fixing bugs, and testing solutions.
- Collaborating on both back-end and front-end related tasks, depending on the project needs.
- Learning and applying good programming practices, including clean code principles and code quality standards.
- Taking part in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Working closely with an international team and communicating in English on a daily basis.
- Continuously developing technical skills and staying up to date with modern technologies and development trends.
Your profile
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Education or strong interest in finances (Payments).
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL and familiarity with some frontend programming (Angular, React).
- First experience in software development gained through university projects, internships, bootcamps, personal projects, non-profit work, or commercial experience.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of German language.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working.
- Any portfolio, GitHub repository, university project, or personal application that shows your interest in software development.
