Integration Architect (Integration, MuleSoft, Salesforce)

Your role

You will act as an Integration Architect responsible for defining and governing integration architecture for complex, enterprise‑scale client environments. You will make key architectural decisions, define integration principles and standards, and guide delivery teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and secure integration solutions. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will shape integration roadmaps and contribute to growing MuleSoft and integration capabilities in Poland and within our global community.

Your tasks

• Define and maintain integration architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
• Take architectural ownership of integration solutions delivered across multiple teams.
• Prepare and review High‑Level Designs and integration component specifications for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Review and approve solution designs prepared by development teams.
• Act as an architectural escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Define interfaces, data models, and integration patterns in complex system landscapes.
• Mentor senior developers and support their growth toward architectural roles.

Your profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an architecture role, including at least 2 years in the integration area.
• Proven experience taking responsibility for architectural decisions in complex integration projects.
• Strong experience designing modern APIs and integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, EDI, and API Management platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API‑led connectivity.
• Good understanding of integration security concepts such as OAuth2, TLS/SSL, and certificate‑based authentication.
• Experience working in client‑facing roles and collaborating with distributed delivery teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain architectural concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
