Data Modeler
Your Team
Join a strategic data transformation program within the Financial Services and Investment Banking sector. As a Data Modeler, you will design enterprise-grade data models that support analytics, risk management, regulatory reporting, and modern cloud-based data platforms.
Your Tasks
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable data structures
- Define data entities, relationships, hierarchies, and source-to-target mappings
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts
- Ensure data quality, lineage, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to data modelling standards and best practices
Your Profile
- Strong experience in Data Modelling within Financial Services or Investment Banking
- Strong knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling
- Experience with dimensional modelling (Star/Snowflake schemas)
- Exposure to Data Vault modelling
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of data lineage, metadata, and data quality principles
Technology Stack
- Databricks / Lakehouse Architecture
- Azure
- ETL / ELT Pipelines
- Jira, Confluence, Version Control Systems
Nice to have
- Experience with Data Mesh concepts
- Exposure to risk, credit, or regulatory reporting domains
- Experience with Azure-based analytics platforms
