YOUR PROJECT

Insights & Data practice delivers cutting-edge data centric solutions. Most of our projects are Cloud & Big Data engineering. We develop solutions to process large, also unstructured, datasets, with dedicated Cloud Data services on Snowflake, AWS, Azure or GCP. We are responsible for full SDLC of the solution: apart from using data processing tools (e.g., ETL), we code a lot in Python, Scala or Java and use DevOps tools and best practices. The data is either exposed to downstream systems via API, outbound interfaces or visualized on reports and dashboards. Within our AI CoE we deliver Data Science and Machine Learning projects with focus on NLP, Anomaly Detection and Computer Vision. Additionally, we are exploring the area of Quantum Computing, searching for practical growth opportunities for both us and our clients. Currently, over 250 of our Data Architects, Engineers and Scientists work on exciting projects for over 30 clients from different sectors (Financial Services, Logistics, Automotive, Telco and others)

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement data governance frameworks, including policies, processes, and roles.
• Conduct data maturity assessments and define roadmaps for improving data management practices.
• Advise on tool selection for data governance, metadata management, and master data management (MDM).
• Support the development of data quality and stewardship processes to enhance data reliability.
• Facilitate data catalog implementation and usage for better data discovery and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and industry standards.
• Lead and manage client workshops focused on data governance best practices.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to the preparation of offers, client proposals, and presentations.
• Assist in integrating data governance practices into ongoing data projects, including cloud, DWH, or Big Data solutions.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to drive change management and foster a data-driven culture.
• Collaborate with MDM and data integration teams to implement master and reference data governance.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related areas.
• Proven ability to define and implement data governance processes, policies, and roles.
• Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data governance practices.
• Familiarity with data governance tools, such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, and MDM concepts.
• Experience working with clients in project management, business analysis, or consulting roles.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Nice to have: Cloud data governance experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
