Data Analyst

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a minimum of 4–5 years of experience in the data domain. Ideal Candidate combines technical and consulting skills to support decision-making, drive business growth, and deliver value through data-driven insights.

• The candidate should demonstrate strong business analysis skills, with a particular focus on processes, performance, and data security
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (reports, dashboards, visualizations) is required, as well as SQL for managing large datasets
• English B2/C1 level
• Basic knowledge of Databricks and familiarity with Machine Learning concepts are a plus

• Understanding and gathering business needs from different teams
• Translating those needs into clear and simple user stories
• Making sure everyone—business and technical teams—is aligned
• Turning complex data requirements into practical solutions that can be delivered
