Your role
You will join our Workday team as a specialist focused on building, enhancing, and supporting integrations across the Workday ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into robust technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with consultants and technical experts, ensuring seamless integration flows and high‑quality delivery.
Your project
Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.
Your tasks
- Provide expert guidance on the Workday platform, supporting the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Workday-based integrations.
- Prepare and lead client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, test, and document Workday integrations (CC, EIB, PECI, Studio).
- Support clients in optimizing their business processes and propose enhancements based on best practices.
- Deliver training sessions and assist users in understanding Workday functionalities and workflows.
- Work with the team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Your profile
- Solid knowledge of Workday integrations: CC, EIB, PECI, Studio, and proficiency in XSLT transformations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems, with a particular focus on the Workday platform.
- Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additionally, knowledge of German will be considered a great asset.
- Any Workday-related certifications will be seen as a great added value
