Consultant (Ivalua, Ariba)

Your role

As an Ivalua/Ariba Consultant, you will help clients transform their procurement processes by designing smart, scalable solutions in leading eProcurement platforms. You’ll translate business needs into functional system designs, configure the platform, and guide customers through every project stage. Working closely with international teams, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality solutions that streamline purchasing operations and support digital procurement strategy.

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk!

Your tasks

• analyzing business requirements from an IT perspective and preparing project studies;
• modeling and configuring the Ivalua platform based on customer needs, including building standard and custom interfaces;
• providing expert consulting on the Ivalua eProcurement Cloud Solution;
• preparing key project documentation such as solution designs, process descriptions, and technical specifications for developers;
• maintaining regular communication and close collaboration with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your profile

• at least 3 years of experience supporting cloud‑based procurement solutions such as Ivalua (preferred), Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar platforms;
• strong understanding of procurement processes;
• proficiency in English or German, combined with excellent communication skills;
• willingness to grow and expand expertise in new solutions supporting logistics processes;
• practical experience in logistics, particularly in purchasing, will be considered a plus.
