Business Application Consultant (Document Management System)

Your role
You will act as a trusted consultant providing functional and technical support for a Document Management System (DMS). In this role, you will support business users, analyse incidents and requests, and ensure smooth daily operation of the application. You can expect close cooperation with clients, exposure to enterprise-scale systems, and opportunities to develop your technical and consulting skills in a stable, international environment.
We are hiring in Wrocław and Gdańsk!
Your tasks
- provide day-to-day application support (DMS platform) in an on-site working model;
- analyse and resolve incidents and service requests;
- support users by understanding business processes and needs;
- work with integrations and external systems via REST APIs;
- perform basic data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL Server;
- support automation and configuration tasks.
Your profile
- experience in application support or business application consulting;
- good knowledge of SQL Server and basic database concepts;
- understanding of system integrations and REST APIs;
- experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell;
- analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
- good communication skills and customer-oriented approach;
- English at a professional working level.
Nice to have:
- Power Apps, VBA, Python;
- experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism.
