Your role
Automation Tester plays a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient software delivery. Within projects, the role designs and executes automated and manual tests, builds and maintains test suites in CI/CD pipelines, and analyzes results to quickly detect defects. At company level, it strengthens Capgemini’s quality engineering capabilities, supports scalable delivery through automation, and helps clients achieve faster releases with consistent, high-quality solutions across complex systems.

Your profile
- Client-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, understanding business needs and supporting quality improvements.
- Maintains a client‑focused approach, understands business context, and supports risk‑based problem solving that delivers clear value.
- Contributes to effective decision-making, positively influences collaboration, and works well within distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies such as Angular and JavaScript, enabling effective automation of UI and API quality checks.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and test automation ecosystems, including Azure DevOps, supporting reliable and scalable delivery pipelines.
