Your Profile

You will join a growing team of experts working on high-profile projects within the defence sector. You will use creative problem-solving skills to formulate, develop and deliver design engineering solutions.

Technical/Engineering Skills:

1. Mechanical design engineering experience

2. Advanced Siemens NX CAD software expertise, minimum 10 years

3. Product lifecycle management (PLM) tools knowledge (Teamcenter)

4. 3D modelling and simulation capabilities

5. Digital engineering transformation techniques

6. Systems integration understanding

7. Technical configuration of engineering tools

8. Performance optimization of design processes

9. Data management and digital thread implementation

10. Advanced engineering workflow design

Integrated/Crossover Skills:

1. Technical consulting approach

2. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value

3. Understanding of digital transformation methodologies

4. Performance metrics development

5. Technical solution selling

6. Engineering process re-engineering

7. Digital tool configuration and customization

8. Technical presentation and communication skills

9. Knowledge and experience working across Engineering and Manufacturing including NX, TC, ERP, MES

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Running work packages in complex organisations – Engagement Management skills

• Delivering solutions that accelerate how clients engineer their products across the full value stream
