Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients. This service produces clearly identifiable results, notably the reduction in the cost of software development and maintenance by up to 30%, enhanced quality levels, improved time to market, and importantly mitigation of technical and business risks. 

Please note that our office will be closed from 20 December and will reopen on 12 January 2026. ·             Experience managing across integrated applications

·             Experienced Test Manager with strong fundamental Test Management skills

·             Consolidation and aggregation of reporting

·             Good understanding of data technology

·             Environment Management experience (for context rather than action)

·             Release Management experience (again more for context)

·             Good people skills as much of the role will be influencing people

·             Well-rounded with good level of maturity

·             Good organisation skills

·           A collaborative, agile mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

·           Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share ideas clearly and build strong working relationships
